Anything to help while on Erase?

So, whenever I take Erase I get some joint discomfort (duh!) and whatnot. I also get a bit of muscle stiffness, they just feel real rough and tight.

Is there anything that helps with those sides of Erase so that I can ramp up to a higher dosage? I right now take Cissus and Joint Support as staples so anything else?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Why exactly do you want increase dosage if it sounds like its working well for you? Higher dosing doesnt always equate to better results as you will reach a point of diminishing returns.

Right now I'm at only 2 a day but I'm already feeling the downside, and I'm ramping it up to 3 for my weeks 3 and 4 of PCT but I would rather taper off the side effects.

Also, wanted to see how I react as I was planning on running a Transderm like cycle later on with a higher dosage of Transderm but I would need a higher dosage of Erase as well, prolly 4 a day, to counter the rebounds of Transderm.

If you were running something like Transaderm you would be less likely to feel the joint side effects. On aromatizable substances a higher dose is needed because estrogen levels will be higher.

Something that has always helped me out in the joint department is fish oil. 5g+ of fish oil a day helps me out immensely when running higher doses of Erase.

high dose of fish oil may help. and i wouldnt increase the dosage. theres the dosage on the label for a reason

get some methyl estradiol, that'll help with your joints. :p

but on a serious note, maybe add in something like daa, to increase your test via a different means, while keeping to dosage of erase the same.

you'd be controlling estrogen, while raising total and free test higher.

I've taken 150mg of the active in erase without the slightest joint pain. Results just keep getting better the higher I go... Guess I got a lot of e to erase lol

Ive done that too without problems, i was just on a large amount of aromatizable androgens, haha.

100mg (4capsules) solo hurts my joints pretty bad.

50mg of atd makes me notice all the negaitive sides of low estrogen, any info on what a comparable dose to that is? ( so i can make sure to not go that much)

I'll go along with those who said fish oil.

I've tried lots of supps that supposedly help with joint pain, and - maybe it's just me - none of them really worked.

However, once I started taking fish oil, all joint pain went away.

Give it a try!

Fish oil and lots of water. But remember more isn't always better. If anything stay at 2 and when pct is done u most likely have extra left over and u can save that for another time.

Well said. Maybe back down your dose some instead of adding multiple things to counter it's effects.
