Question on DAA

Is DAA found in nature? I know our body makes it but is it found in like plants, meats, vegetables, anything? I just don't want to take something that we aren't supposed to have more of.... Is the DAA that we buy made through a synthetic process?

Yes aspartic acid can be found in some food sources (I believe asparagus and avocados are two) what amount are in these foods? No clue.. Is it safe to take? Well that question is a personal one. You would have to review the research and come to that conclusion yourself. If you search there is a huge thread on DAA and safety concerns but ultimately the only person who can determine if something is worth taking is yourself.
