I've been on a Metabolic Diet for a little while now, and from time to time I will have to eat out, and it is hard finding protein / fat only on some restaurants, so was wondering what's the consensus on using Gymnema Extract while on a Metabolic Diet, especially for those carb filled meals during the week, say before eating some pecans or walnuts or whatnot.
Would it be beneficial?
