Fresh out of protein, looking to try something new. What do you suggest?

I've been using Syntha-6, and I just went through a 5 lb. tub. Had okay results, nothing special. Looking to bulk, what do ya'll suggest?
I've used truemass before, and here are my stats. 18, 168lb, 5'11, 8th week of lifting.

I'll even take a personal mix, like from trueprotein.com

Protein is really protein at the end of the day. Yeah there are better types than others but the results aren't usually what you pay so much more for. I've been happy with ON Whey

really dont understand what you mean by "had okay results"........its just protein.


myofusion is delicious........but XF UP 2.0 LCP/cinn roll is fawking amazing.

yeah, Protein powder doesnt provide any kind of results... your training/diet do. Protein powder servers NO purpose other than to supplement if you are not getting enough protein from real food.

I use Syntha6 myself since it has a bit of carbs and I like i post w/o.

ON Whey is good and cheap (syntha does taste better)

but just buy a 2lb something to try and go from there.

I do 20-30 eggs a day instead of powder. :)
Got you beat, I do 36 egg whites in contest prep plus powder :p.

OP, protein is protein, you are not going to feel anything in particular. Given your experience, I would get a weight gainer like true mass with a bulk, plain whey protein like scivations whey.
