Starting Creatine Mono next week. What should the doses be?

It's just straight Creatine Mono, no filler or anything. Height 5'11, weight 165, age 18.

age:18 dont need it BUT its only creatine so just get about 5g a day.. .doesnt matter when, drink lots of water (dont take lightly).

+1 its a staple supplement for most poeple. You can front load it but why bother if you're gonna be using it indefinitely?

Start at 2.5g the first few days to keep from any GI distress...then 5g per day max

I like to pre load so for me i do 10g pre and 10g post for a week than afterwards i dose 5g post...As said drink lots of water. And creapure is the best mono creatine

I've always used 5g postworkout. No real need to load. After around 3 weeks your body will reach it's max regardless. Some people bloat on 10g loading.

Everyone does it differently, but it'll work either way. Try out different ways and see what you like usually
