theres a few options i enjoy, Forged Burner is something to look into as it has ingredients that increase brain activity and concentration, but it's also considered a fat burner, a good one at that

Ass lightning is also another good option, good, clean energy, i've used it on long car drives to keep my mind from wondering off of driving, it kept me focused on the road haha

and motivate, another product for good, clean energy, energy lasts a good amount of time as well, but it's not so overpowering that you can't sit down and get the work down

I have battled this for years and, last Winter, finally found something to really help me focus:
1.5g or 3 caps of GPLC
Energy drink of choice (low carb option would be preferred)
    M.Ed. Ex Phys

Not a herb, but I am a big fan of Citicoline for this.

Focus XT is all you need, but if you want an "herb", try SNS Huperzine A.

For herbals Id go with ginseng + ginko+ green tea.For "non herbals" Id go with piracetam + choline or Focus XT

I actually find that ass lightning helps with my focus, but I have used focus xt as well. I enjoy both. I do notice with focus I sometimes get a litlte buzz that can get annoying though. It doesn't happen often but it happens sometimes.
