Would B12 preworkout help? What do you think?
I have B12 tabs, each one has 1mg of B12!
i personally like mega-dosing b-12, usually only do it when im going stim-free, but i would suggest trying it out and see how it works for you

What doses? 1mg is very high dose!
Im about to get on some b12 to hopefully increase hunger. The extra energy will just be an added bonus!
B12 isn't also used before bed for relaxation?
At times i do take 1-2 tabs of B-Complex about an hour before workout
Does the b12 help increase appetite for you as well?
B-12 is great for energy & appetite (digestion aid).
Any vegetarians should supplement with B-12, as B12 isn't found in any plant sources, mostly from red meats, fish, etc.
