Which is better for cortisol control?
Can't go wrong with either one really.
Both are effective ,but i prefer Reduce xt because LX seemed to lower my cortisol levels too quickly.....resulting in sore joints

Cortisol control for what purpose? Your avatar tells me you might be asking for someone who runs a lot. I would guzzle some vitamin c since the anti-oxidant and mild cortisol reduction would be a 1 2 punch for a runner
Natty on late and giving fantastic information. I use to take vitamin c for cort control and topical for skin brightening.
Mix the vitamin C with some BCAA's. Using C and RPG.good stuff. Also have erase to start Monday

ARE YOU READY?
virtually the same thing tbh look for the cheaper one
I've used them both and have found them to both be similar and effective. I do hear less complaints about sore joints with Reduce XT then LX though.

Vitamin c is the best, I stopped pill form after I grew my garden. I have 15 chilly n pepper plants so I get my vitamin c from there now. 2 grams spread out is great, sorry I didn't reply back to you earlier my weekend schedule is hectic and has me out of the office a lot.
i prefer 3g's of vitamin c a day....2g's when i wake up, 1g after workout....like to space the vitamin c around the time when cortisol is highest

Reduce XT and Lean Xtreme are both great products.
I agree with Robboe about not expecting any miracles from the Vitamin C.
