I've never used reduce xt, but I've always been a big fan of lean xtreme, it's always worked great for me.

I've only used Lean Xtreme, which is good, but I've heard good things about Reduce XT, as well.

Both are effective ,but i prefer Reduce xt because LX seemed to lower my cortisol levels too quickly.....resulting in sore joints

Cortisol control for what purpose? Your avatar tells me you might be asking for someone who runs a lot. I would guzzle some vitamin c since the anti-oxidant and mild cortisol reduction would be a 1 2 punch for a runner

Runs/wants to stay lean; not looking to gain size.

Vitamin C at 1-2 grams twice per day?

Yah, at least that. I wouldn't be afraid to go even slightly higher.

It's water soluble, so it's not going to hurt you to take more.

So closer to 2grams twice per day ok?

And any problem going with a tablet form?

I've used them both and have found them to both be similar and effective. I do hear less complaints about sore joints with Reduce XT then LX though.

Vitamin c is the best, I stopped pill form after I grew my garden. I have 15 chilly n pepper plants so I get my vitamin c from there now. 2 grams spread out is great, sorry I didn't reply back to you earlier my weekend schedule is hectic and has me out of the office a lot.

Could Suppress-C (into Day 3 now), be used along with 2grams of Vitamin C daily for antioxidant benefits? Then once I finish Suppress-C, just continue with the 2gram dosage of Vitamin C?

Don't expect any miracles from the vitamin C. For maintaining body fat Lean Xtreme has all the components you need.

Reduce XT and Lean Xtreme are both great products.

I agree with Robboe about not expecting any miracles from the Vitamin C.
