  9. Good recommendations natty. Creatine and BA. I'm a sprinter and they are definites. Unfortunately gplc makes me too relaxed though for some reason so I don't take it before I train but I do use it after.

    Thanks for the suggestions, GPLC too expensive tho 15 servings for bout 25 bucks

  11. BCAA's and gatorade (carbs for extra fuel etc, electrolytes, fluids). And Beta Alanine. Some people have had success with Cordygens but I never noticed a difference personally.
