Good recommendations natty. Creatine and BA. I'm a sprinter and they are definites. Unfortunately gplc makes me too relaxed though for some reason so I don't take it before I train but I do use it after.
BCAA's and gatorade (carbs for extra fuel etc, electrolytes, fluids). And Beta Alanine. Some people have had success with Cordygens but I never noticed a difference personally.
