If I take 1 cap a day, is morning or night more effective time to take my?
from what i have read it would be when the stress levels are the highest. (first thing in the morning, right after work, after training, etc) I woudl personally go with first thing in the morning if you are taking 1 a day
I would go with upon waking up in the morning if you are only taking 1 cap.
