i understand the title is a bit of a scare, i just dont know if this whole thing is real.... either way, i think everyone should read this/sign the petition...

it would be crazy for the fda to actually do this, but they have shown how brilliant they are by banning most of the non-methyl "safe" steroids/phs like 4ad and whatnot.... leaving SUPERDROL legal for years......

if the fda was smart, they should have banned superdrol first.... and left the andro for us since its not horrible for your body, (or as bad)

They don't give any details about the supposed bill and don't give any sources to prove it's real. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just a scheme to get people to stock up on the junk they sell.

They were sent a letter stating that they were in violating supplement law by calling a product milk when it does not contain milk. Amazingly, the same letter said that they are in violation of supplement law because they do not feature a warning on the label that the product contains constituents of/derived from milk.

the fda is always pushing in new proposals for supplements.
it seems its more of a way to remind us all they are still around.
they have always stepped in at various times and have pushed in some legislation to get certain things banned and others removed, but to wipe out the industry is asinine and they know this. toss out a few slaps on the wrist and some new proposals that are far less harsh than what is originally proposed and move forward.
to push out the billions of dollars in revenue and millions collected in taxes is not a wise business decision, and they see that.
