waxy maze works great for me without any crash post training . If adding 120 carbs to your diet in not a big problem , then you could possibly drink 1 before training , 1 during training and one following training with your whey isolate . I had to take this route , the stimulates ( caffeine ) does not work well for me .Hope this helps you on your journey

Lit Up. PM me for a sample. also try Drive for a non stim and RPM for a more of a stronger stim. Lit Up would still be my preference over the three options i have given.

Are you also going to cycle off beef and chicken? because they have plenty of creatine in them as well. There isn't any particular scientific rationale for cycling off creatine.

I don't see any reason to have to cycle off of creatine, either. I'd definitely cycle off the stims, though. I went a looooong time without doing that and now I'm 6 weeks deep into a 12 week (minimum) break from stimulants just to try and reset my tolerance. I don't care if my pre-workout has creatine in it or not. If it does, then okay, and if not, I just pop my 5g mono with my post workout shake. Taking a break from caffeine and more importantly 1,3 dimeth is going to be far more important.

I'm not the brightest, but I don't see any reason to get off the creatine. Stims on the other hand are understandable. It sucks when you get hooked on one and find that your body/mind will not respond without it. I was that way with Jack3d and had to stay away from it for a couple of months. I'm back on it and loving it once again!!!
