Why/how does vitamin C decrease tolereance from creatine nitrate?
Can anyone explain this please?

That is not why we use it. Tolerance to nitrates is not an issue at the doses of nitrates people are using. The vitamin C is dosed to control the reactive oxidative species that come about from the consumption of nitrates.

No problem. The other person doesn't understand that nitrate tolerance is not what Vitamin C is addressing.
