I have a question. I'll be waking up tomorrow around 6:30 to hit the gym and I currently have a bottle ofand a tub of Presurge. Would It be okay to take first thing then take Presurge around 30minutes after or should I do something like on off days and presurge on workout days? I workout monday thru friday straight with saturday and sunday off (my schedule only allows that) and need some insight on how managing these two products can happen? Thank you!
