    stims on cycle

i know they arent recommended..BUT..would a nodoze or a diet mt dew be too bad? im thinking no jack3d or ntkts or other hard stims..is 200mg caff too much on cycle?

??? Who said they aren't recommended? I use caffeine and ephedrine pre-workout when I'm on cycle all the time. I've been doing it forever.

It really depends on the individual. If you're not sensitive to stimulants, then you can, but you still want to monitor your response for anything out of the ordinary.

Well, if you're prone to BP problems, then of course steer clear of them. And if you do decide to use them with existing BP problems, make sure you monitor like Rosie said above. I have no probs so I abuse the sh!t outta stims.

thanks guys- the reason i ask is im about to start a run and the last time i did i had some nosebleeds..turns out the doc said it was unrelated but my BP was running high at the time..im good now, but even if its a chance, id rather not deal with that again..im running cycle support, hawthorn berry and celery seed just to be sure..

No worries If you're going to do it, perhaps just use half the usual dose of stims you would normally use and go from there.

Just monitor your BP...that would be the biggest risk. Both can raise BP, so keep an eye on it

if you've been using caffeine for an extended period of time, it will have minimal effect on blood pressure... your fine using it as you have been while on cycle

Now if your considering going out and blowing lines of coke for the first time while on cycle, that may not be the best plan

Where did you hear you can't run stims on cycle? Many people run cutting cycles, the hormone isn't cutting fat, its there fat burners that are.

its just something ive read various places..the reason being that some PH's will raise BP and stims on top of that could pose a problem..trust me, i love my stims and dont want to give them up...again, i may just start with a 200mg no-doze plus a Mt Dew or something and adjust from there..

Hell yeah you can run stims

They are saying that because it may raise your BP and you don't want that on cycle. That's why, but I can't live without them so I run them all the time.

Get yourself some power chew pre-workouts or N2KTS or even ASGT(not tasty though) and be happy and geeked out
I'm on 100g of carbs/day...in other words, ATM, I am not a very happy person :/

Im surprised no oone mentioned support cycle stuff.

Its true that alot of exogenous hormones raise blood pressure.

Stims raise blood pressure as well. Like it was said above, if you use stims on the regular, it shouldnt affect BP.

You should be running your cycle support products, which will include Hawthorne berry, CoQ12 or Red yeast rice. All of which help regulate blood pressure and heart health, and are a great way to minimize negative sides on cycle.

    Happy training!
