So i bought the bulk powder from Nutraplanet and it did not come with a measuring spoon
so I have two options:
get a milligram scale or put it in a known volume and use a graduated dropper
which do you guys think is best?
could i basically put it in a a liquid container for the duration or will it "go bad"?
So is using this idea correct?
I bought 3g of Yohibime HCL powder
Im thinking of putting it all in x liters of water and then using a graduated dropper to extract out 15mg
I have only a very basic knowledge of chemistry and could appreciate help it discerning what would be a good amount of water to add and how much of a graduated dropper i'd need to extract
