the swole stack before or after

hey i was wondering what will be a better time to take the swole stack before or after i take Phera and Havoc. I have a monthand a half before i take the phera/havoc and was wondering if i should take the swole stack-already in my possession. or should i wait and take it after the ph's. my pct will be nolva for the ph's. also how does the swole stack effect gyno-does it minimize it or make it worse-since i already have prexisting gyno.

after for sure, starting 2 weeks into PCT would be nice.

I'd be far more worried about your preexisting gyno on the phera/havoc cycle than with the swole stack but anything you take that affects hormones at all has the risk of making gyno worse.
