Bcaa, Eaa, and tryptophan

So Bcaa's can inhibit tryptophan to the brain.
Eaa's dont.
What is actually a better situation for pre/intra wo?
Many companies here have either a Bcaa or Eaa supp. So im looking for some info on this.

BCAAs are better. Leucine, IIRC, competes for uptake with tryptophan.

Oh, but you use peptopro dont you? which is an eaa product?

So products like intrabolic with extra bcaa would be ideal? How does adding extra Bcaa to an Eaa product effect the results? Sorry im trying to understand this.

They really just provide more anabolic/anti-catabolic effects.

Oh so you dont think there is a preformance difference really? I mean the anabolic effects are what matter more?

EAA = BCAA... just different ratio BCAA in the EAA..

*BCAA's contain 3 amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio. Leucine: isoleucine: valine.

*EAA's are 9 aminos that can't be synthesized by the body, so you must get them through diet / supplements. Meats and fish contain all 9 and are considered "complete source of protein" because of thiss

*Since EAA's contain the 3 aminos that are in BCAAs, I personally supplement with EAA's and get the best of both worlds.
