hello everybody
i'm ino from france 23 years old, im an endomorphe ( was obese before)
i plan to run in non methyl ph for my first time PH cycle, because my goal is gaining lean mass while dropping some subborn fat. wich product do you advice me ?

13-Extreme (Max LMG Clone : 13-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-2, 5(10) dien-17-one) ?
M-LMG (13-ethyl-3-methoxy-gona-2,5(10)-diene-17-one - 25mg) ?
X tren (19-Norandrosta-4,9 diene-3,17 dione – 30 mg)?
TRENAVOL (Estra-4,9 diene-3,17 dione – 30 mg ?
or an other PH ? abd pct?
(i have just 120$ and i can just order from UK)
theses days im on Oxy Elite pro to loosing some extra fat before starting lean bulking
DIET: Low carb, High protein, middl fat in cardio days
Middl carb high protein, low fat in heavy days ( after training very low carb, more fat and protein )
Here is Week plan:
Mon : Heavy training
Tues : HIT cardio Training ( 30min )"
thurs : Heavy training
Fri : HiT cardio
Sat: heavy training
Sund: football match
supplements :
Amino acids form dymatize
Glutamine universal
Leucine from scietec
aloso i have some questions :
does this product make acne? because im on Doxycycline to maintain my skin clean without acne...
what's about muscle quality? i wouldnt get water or fat bulking :s
do i have to take anti estrogen for the first time?
