    Prostate Safe Pro-hormone?

I am a 25 y/o male with 8 years of consistent, drug free bodybuilding experience. There is a family history of Prostate cancer on my Mom's side, typically affecting men in their 50's.

I have been hesitant to try pro-hormones and AAS because I don't want to further increase my risk of developing prostate cancer. From the research I have conducted, it seems 19-nor may be a safer choice as it lacks DHT conversion. I'm looking for opinions. Am I better off avoiding all PH's and AAS due to my genetic susceptibility? Are their safe options should I choose to run a proper cycle?

    Let me know your thoughts.

    Thank you.

You'll get more traffic if you post this in the anabolics section. But your research is pretty on point with 19nor. I would be hesitant to dabble in it with a strong family history of PS though, may want to research the use of finasteride and supplement use as well.

Do not take finasteride....I have heard that's nasty stuff and will ruin your sex drive for good.
