My friend is getting deca and test and i am going in on him with it. I havent started yet and I still think I need info. Its a 3-month cycle and im curious at how to do it all plus pct. He says we only do it 2-3 times a week just so our bodies recoup. I know you have to take test at a larger amount then deca and 2 weeks longer then deca. I am just curious after the three months what do I do for pct?
Do I just take nolva for like 4 weeks? Or what else should I take along side that. Still a little confused about the pct and what to take, and so where do I buy the other stuff as well as the nolva?
