Get me to 3500 calories per day.

I think this will be a straight forward question. I'm always struggling to get every meal in and get the calories where I need them to be during a cycle. Does anyone have any ideas for supplements that would provide protein, carbs and low sugar? Any sort of cheater food that is more productive than anything else?

Tried Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil (Organic) as well?

My fave calorie booster, for bulking is 2-3 pieces of Squirrel bread or equivalent, coated on both sides with unsalted butter, coconut oil, natty PB,un pasteurized honey and a sliced banana in between em. Slice on a diagonal and add a protein shake of your choice and your golden.

Fats. Put olive oil on everything. Eat nuts. Whipping cream in shakes. Peanut butter. Blend walnuts and oatmeal in your shakes.

Almonds, yogurt, almonds in your yogurt, almond butter, Virgin coconut oil, honey. I sometimes put oats in a coffee grinder and throw them in a blender with my shakes. It adds calories but doesn't fill you up the same way eat oats normally does. Almond butter and Jelly (all natural) on 100% wheat bread helps. Bananas....I know it's not easy but hope some of these help.

Add more calorie dense foods - i.e. nuts and seeds, etc.

Start making your own shakes - i.e. oats, milk, fruit, protein powder, good fats, flaxseeds, etc.

3,500 calories is easy enough to get from food, but if you can't maybe try a "gainer" protein powder or MRP - i.e. MyoPlex, REAL MASS, etc.

I can do 3500 calories in a single meal easily. I think I did for breakfast.

So long as you are over the protein needs + essential fatty acids needs level, where the rest of the cals come from is fairly inconsequential. A scoop of breyers all natural ice cream thrown in your shake is a fun one.

Every morning I have a shake with whey, 6whole eggs, two servings of oatmeal with soy milk. That's about 600 cals. Later on I'll make a shake with whey and peanut butter twice perday. With those 3shakes is about 1200-1500 cals. I'll add Greek yogurt at times as well and some berries.

I've also been chewing up some Tuna Noodle Casserole to fill the void. One cup yields 350 to 450 calories. Most of my portions are two to three cups and i'll make enough to eat it a few times in one day. This also provides as much protein per cup as most shakes do. At two cups of it i'm taking in 45 to 55 grams of protein.
