Safe Stack?

    Question Safe Stack?


    I was reading up on Methoxyisoflavones and Ecdystronel, and I was extremly intriqued on the benefits off both. However I'm very suspicious of both, you know the saying "If it sounds too good to be true, it is." Honestly these two come off sounding like the next best thing to steriods, and I'm worried that 10 - 20 years from now I'm gonna find out horrible side-effects that were previously unknown.

    So does anyone know how safe it would be for me to stack those two along side my multivitamin, Whey Protein and ZMA.

    I'll be 18 in a couple of days
    I'm not sure of my current stats as I haven't measured myself in a long time (don't really believe in it.)
    but I'll estimate around 215, 6'0", 18% BF.
    I have a clean diet and run in the mornings and lift in the afternoons, usually taking the weekend off.

    They can safely be used with your other supplements. These are "herbal" in nature and are not supposed to affect your endocrine system.

    Those two products have not received good feedback. I haven't used them, but I'm willing to bet 10 grams of 1-Test base powder that they ain't gonna do much for you. At your age, I would focus on the diet & training. Taking creatine, vitamins, minerals, vit. C & E is all I would take.

    Bump on Iron Warrior's advice with an additional recommendation that you invest in some quality whey.

    I fell into the trap a couple of years ago when I first started training and dropped some money on ecdysterones and methoxyisoflavones. I gave both the "college try" and ended up with bumpkus. These supplements come with claims like "increased protein synthesis" and "dramatic muscle gains", but it's all hype. Trust me: your money is more wisely spent elsewhere.

    do a search look them up under their short names (ie. "Methoxy"), these are both garbage products.

    wolf-what are your goals, bulking/cutting? We can recommend you better products to use.

    Crap, crap, crap. They're both crap. There was a bunch of hype about them several years ago, and I was always trying everything new that came out. I've tried them off cycle, I've tried them on cycle, I've tried them with tons of protein, I've tried them on a cutting diet, and I can honestly say that they did absolutely nothing.
