Is it necessary to run ZMA when on a ph cycle. I know you don't need it for T levels, but wouldn't you stil need the highly absorbable zinc and magnesium during hard training?

Is it necessary to run ZMA when on a ph cycle. I know you don't need it for T levels, but wouldn't you stil need the highly absorbable zinc and magnesium during hard training?
It is not necessary, but it is still a good supplement IMO. The way I look at it is if hard training depletes Zinc, being on a cycle will not eliminate your need for that mineral, and might increase it.
