Help with supplements and timing

As mentioned in another thread..

To combat training twice a day as I work night-shift, I'll be doing weight's 6:30 in the morning!

My issue being..

I can't take stim's or anything which gives me energy, as I try get into bed by 9am...

So, can I take ULTIMA??? It has PEA and what not, but basically a non stim... would It be ok to take BLUE GENE before hand also?

My last meal is 3am, Ive been trying to have a shake at 6:05am, and then I don't have anything before bed! Is this K? Or bad for recovery? Would taking BCAAS before bed help?
(reason i dont eat before bed is due to blunting of GH release, plus I wanna lean down)

I am def finding it's harder to recover atm, im way more sore.

Im sure others work night-shift, any help would be awesome.
