I've done my research for cutting and this is without a doubt the best cutting supplements to do with my workouts. One problem, I need help finding out which brand would be the most optimal because I have no idea which would help me benefit the most. Any bodybuilders care to share what brands they use for ECY STACK? Please list brands and if you want routines. They will all of course be taken in the form of caps.

What my routine will look like:
Dosage:
Week 1: 25 mg Ephedrine HCL, 2.5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 200 mg Caffeine
Week 2: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 400 mg Caffeine
Week 3: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 600 mg Caffeine
Week 4: 50 mg Ephedrine HCL, 5 mg Yohimbine HCL, 800 mg Caffeine
2 WEEKS OFF, THEN REPEATING CYCLE
dosage: 2 x daily
Example: AM: 25 mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, 2.5 mg yohimbine
Mid-day: 200 mg Caffeine
Late afternoon/early night: 25 mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, 2.5 mg yohimbine
Typicaly i will take it before i workout in the afternoons or in the mornings.
Diet:
-Morning: 1/2 cup Dry Oatmeal, 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, 1 Yolk
-Lunches (2-3 hours apart): 3-4 Chicken Breasts, 3-4 Cups Fresh Broccoli
-Dinner: 1/3 Cup steamed white rice, Salmon, Cod or Swordfish, 1 cup of Brussell Sprouts or Broccoli.
-Snacks: 1 Banana/Day, 1-2 Cups of Grapes Macronutrient protein shake.
