can someone help me with a dosing protocol for a bulking phase?

myofusuin 5 lbs
waxy maize 3lbs
assault (pre)
creatine mono 500g
xtend

Food is obviously the most important part and myofusion to help get extra protein. I take 2 scoops of xtend during my workout and 2 scoops sipped at some point of the day on off days. Mono I do 5-6g post workout with a protein shake and some carbs(waxy maize can go there). Sure everyone has a little bit different timing on when they take certain supps.

im just confused for off days? still only 5g of creatine? and no waxy?

Yeah I do 5g on off days as well. I don't take xtend post workout, makes the tub last longer and most protein powders are loaded with bcaa anyways so you get plenty.

I'd substitute real food for the waxy on off days. Whole wheat pasta/brown rice/potatoes are quick and easy carbs I eat a lot of when bulking.

use myofusion as added calories, hoping you have laid out calories and meals so far...
preworkout 1 scoop assault and 2 scoop xtend
use the waxy maize post workout with 2 scoop xtend
curious as to why you ordered creatine when assault has 5g in it per scoop.....

i didnt want to use my assault on off days, so i can have more training days with it. hence i bought the creatine and am using it (5-10g) on off days and 5g post on training days.

I would do 5g on off days and 2g post workout on training days at most (dont want to be crapping water)

But that sounds like a good apprach

alright ill try that approach. i took my 5g around 12:30 this morning. been pissing like a racehorse. so 2g post sounds good. no need to load right?
