Hello there, first time posting to this site -
I have been on a consistant workout schedule involving cardo of 30-40min 4 times a week. Along with a good diet of small portioned meals throughout my day.
I feel like I might be peaking or plateauing - I love the progress I have made but I just can't seem to get rid of the last bid on my mid section and love handles.
I have been looking into both Animal Cuts and OEP both seem to be pretty promissing, I was hoping to get some first hand experience with these 2 products and what is more reccomended.
Also, I do my cardio along with lifting, would you suggest running before, or after lifting?
