1g 11-oxo for 30 days
100-200mg DHEA in morning
200mg Grape Seed extract 3 times daily
1g L-Ornithine before work-out and before bed
3g L-Glutamine post work-out and before bed
3g GABA pre work-out and before bed
6g BCAA pre and post work-out and a little before bed
1g Beta-Alanine 5 times daily
3g AAKG pre work-out
3g Citrulline Malate pre-work out
2g Ribose extract pre and post work-out
Primaforce ZMA before bed
60g Dextrose throughout work-out
600-1200mg Tribulus extract before bed
I also take a good multi-vitamin, fish oil, Ginkgo Bibola, vit E and 1-2g vit C
Will probably be adding a creatine cycle in at the same time.
I also sometimes take Catapres (Clonidine) at night if i cant sleep and it also raises HGH. With GABA, L-Glutamine, L-Ornithine and L-arginine at night my HGH should be much higher than normal.
I am hoping the Grape seed extract (which is an aromatase inhibitor and a suppressor of aromatase expression and Suppression of Estrogen biosynthesis) and the Universal Animal supps will stop unwanted hormones like DHT and estrogen.
I am thinking of finishing the cycle with 6-OXO, DHEA and tribulus.
I am not sure if i should combine all the animal staks at once and mixing it with E-bol. I will add one universal supp per day and see how it goes.
I am also considering a higher DHEA dose up to 1g but not sure if i have enough stuff to stop the negative effects of DHEA like estrogen.
What advice/comments dose everyone have on my doses and stack.
