    topical vs oral weight los supplementation


    Has anyone ever taken a topical fat burner and felt as though it did better than an oral weight loss supp? When answering, let's not forget that skin tightening doesn't exactly mean fat burning. Use the scale as the reviewer please

    Topicals are best when you are down to a low wt and need spot reduction. Obviously you need a diet/training plan designed for fat loss and supps can aid in that. They can help in thermogenics, workout intensity, appetite reduction.

    I used a topical when I was<10% bf to help in certain areas: abs, lower back. It did seem to help but I was already low BF.
