Beta Alanine Observation
Ive been lifting serious now for 4 years and never triedso i thought id give it a shot. Ive been taking Nutraplanet brand BA @9grams/day total divided into 3 servings for 3 weeks now and I literally cannot get sore anymore. Ive also found my recovery between sets has dramatically gone up as well. Also the tingling sensation was greatly reduced after the first week taking it, but I take it with food the majority of the time to slow absorbtion so that it doesnt kill me. I know this isnt placebo because I got it assuming it would be a fail like creatine was for me(get nothing from it) and for the most part I dont respond to any non-hormonal supplements. So for anyone that hasnt tried it yet i would highly recommend giving it a test run because its reasonably priced as well, $20 for 2 months worth (500g). I hear it takes a while to build up in the body as well and should get continually better for like 2 months or whatever, so im excited to see how strong this stuff is long term.CELTIC LABS REP

Gotta agree 100% with you on this one. My first BA experience was nothing short of amazing.
I rotate from using just bulk to premixed products intra or pre and bulk during the course of the day.
To name a few I like and use/used-
NP bulk BA
Primordial bulk BA

I have bulk from primaforce but it makes my lips and mouth itch and it's annoying so I use capsules at 4grams a day. I hate having to take it on a empty stomach but if it's working for you with food I'll try that too. Creatine works great for me but with Beta-alanine it's better. The biggest improvements I notice is cardio strength. I feel like I could do sprints all night but if I don't have enough carbs on hand I crash so bad. The lactic acid reduction is great too. Can't say a whole lot about recovery. I always take while to recover. At this moment I do think it should be a staple in everyone's arsenal.ôLord, whom shall we go away to? BA works great for me and I never experience the itching/tingling sensation. The biggest benefit for me is a general increase on strength - I can lift more weight and do more cardio. I used 6.4 g/day for a while then switched to 3.2 g/day and really can't tell any difference - it just works for me either way.

I just got my old tub out and tried putting 4 grams of BA with two tablespoons of gatorade in my blender bottle. I sip on it during the workout and don't notice the tingling this way.

i guess this could be completely coincidental, but is there any possible pathway that BA could increase hair loss? i swear i have been shedding progressively worse the past few weeks and its scaring me. i stopped taking BA for 2 days and it looks like its not quite as bad. i started taking 3 grams with a scoop of bulk EAA's first thing when i wake up and then i hop in the shower so my face is all tingly when im showering. i have moderately long black hair so its very obvious when im rubbing in shampoo / conditioner and its stuck all over my hands. could there be some correlation between the parasthesis effect and shedding? idkkkk i wanna keep using it but knowing im destined to be bald before i hit 25 (21 now) makes me scared.

this alphastat looks like a herbal dht reducer, but im not seeing any reviews on it hmm. i always thought about saw palmetto and stuff being used mainly to combat prostate enlargement

Just started BA from NP did 3 grams PWO and man my face was tingling lol I loved the feeling! Tingling went away after my first 2 or 3 sets.

u can take beta alanine any time of the day. i got perfect results taking BA morning and night, not around workout. its like creatine, timing doesnt really matter just let it build up and ur good to go

so i literally cant get sore anymore. and when im done with my workouts i feel like i havnt done anything because i just never feel sore no matter how hard i go. i even did DC training the other day which KILLS me the next day and wasnt sore. its nice not feeling like i got hit with a train when i wake up the next morning but i dont feel as productive. idk what to do

i thought it was said you can take ba with taurine, that altho they compete it doenst reduce results from either, also creatine and arginine compete for the same receptors, also bcaa and glutamine compete....so many products combine these so idk if it matters

that i do not know, i rarely combine any of the above so i usually dont worry about it. Id say use tauring pre/post and use the ba in the morning, pre-wo meal, post-wo meal, and night...simple solution

I used Primordial bulk BA and its great got a BIG tube of it stored away for spring.
u add it intomy preWO asgt or guranimo drink and my postWO drink.
just im on bulkcing cycle of tren,test, igf1lr3, creatine ect. so figured id notice more out of it when i cut with just some test and supps.
