pre workouts ?

anyone sensitive to sunlight when taking pre workout supps. I dont have rosacea but feel like. I am taking mesomorph and wondering if any ingredients cause sunlight sensitivity? i go outside for about 10 minutes and my face feels hot and burnt no matter sunscreen or not. Just wondering why i flush so easily? Could be supplements i am taking etc. ?
 
i have been taking supplements for while. Took epistane like 3 years ago and other pro hormones. Ever since i have been flushing and sensitive to sunlight and flushing all time with dry eyes. I am thinking its because all supplements i took. maybe my adrenal glands are out of whack! that possible with these symptoms and if so, what should I take and how should i treat this? Lay off supplements and take some adrenal medicine
 
I believe this is a commen thing with all Pre-workout supplements, I believe some people are just more sensitive to the No2 and stim effects. I get flushed pretty easy from all Pre-workouts, N2KTS does it to me the worse because of the Niacin flush. I don't get it from Mesomorph too bad, but when I took 1.5 scoops I did. I would suggest lowering the dose to half a scoop untill your body gets a bit more used to it.

just move to indiana-for the next 3-4 months there won't bwe much sun.

Could you be feeling the BA parethesia? It is pretty strong with Mesomorph.
 
as mentioned earlier either beta alanine or niacin...both can cause a flushing and/or tingling feeling.

That's common - I take meso also and it's the beta alanine. Nothing to worry about.
 
yea but it makes me flush in sunlight even a day after. It seems i walk outside and bam, i start getting hot due to day before i took supplement? That common?
 
maybe youre just really sensitive too it
