Creatine Monohydrate is the one with the most data, and is the most time tested and proven.

Creatine nitrate and creatine magnesium chelate are 2 newer ones that are very promising.

The only problem with Mono is some users experience bloating or GI issues.
Then use creatine monohydrate in the form of either Kre-Alkalyn or CreaPure.

Creapure probablly your best bet however Creatine Magnapower is also a very solid creatine.

Im not quite sure my feelings are creatine nitrate as it would likley have to be contained in a product that could stop any possbile negative effects from the nitrates.

nitrates + icarrin= no no. Yet I've seen products with both.

I like creapure, Magnapower and Omega trinitine.

Why is nitrates plus icariin a no-no? I use a product that contains both.

It depends on the amount but it can cause a very unsafe drop in blood pressure.

Thanks for the info...had no idea. I'll definitely be more aware next time I take it.

I get horrible bloat from mono, though it does work well. I have tried con-crete for a couple months and was very very amazed with the amount of strength i had gained with no change in body composition. Just ordered MCC by SNS to see how that pans out. Keepin my fingers crossed.

I had a sample of CREATure from beast. Thought it was real good ! contains 4 different types of creatine including CREApure.

Was thinking of trying kre-alkalyn, or con-crete as well.
I believe optimum nutrition has a micronized creatine that is CREApure.

I think you're refering to TCF-1...yes, that's fine to run along with your creatine.

Creatine mono FTW!

This seems to be the overwhelming winner in this thread... due in large part to the fact over all the years it has been commercially available, even with outrageous claims and marketing, NO other variation of creatine has been proven more effective.

The only other creatine I would try or experiment with would be Creatine MagnaPOWER and/or Creatine Nitrate.

Kre-A did nothing for me, even at quadruple+ dosages for weeks and months on end. Its MONO or nothing for me.

Creapure, if you are going to go with mono, which is one of the most researched supplements, why not go with the purest form available, especially when it can be had for damn cheap.
