I prefer EY or EY and a little Caffeine over a straight ECA any day...for me, Yohimbine HCL (not Yohimbe extract in quantity) is great stuff. I only get the CNS sides from mixing lots of caffeine in the mix..also, more of a crash with mega-caffeine. I highly recommend ECY, but go slow to assess tolerance. I know a regular large Yohimbe Extract capsule (not a lab-made Yohimbine HCL) seriously screws me up.
