    5 Htp or Tryptophan For Insomnia


    I've tried 3mgs of melatonin with no results. Thinking of 5htp or tryptophan

    ever use zma or gaba? both are said to help with sleep. I started using them both and I do think I sleep a little better but then again I never had trouble with sleeping much.... I just feel more rested and I havent woken up since I started... which is great and both are around 10 bucks.

    Been taking Melatonin, felt the same way. I just added Trypto and htp. Sleep is starting to get better.

    My cortisol was pretty high on my last lab work. I noticed I get insomnia from elevated cortisol levels. What's the best supplement for lowering cortisol. I was thinking of trying 800mgs of phosphatidylserine with my post workout meal
