  1. 5 Htp or Tryptophan For Insomnia


    I've tried 3mgs of melatonin with no results. Thinking of 5htp or tryptophan


  2. ever use zma or gaba? both are said to help with sleep. I started using them both and I do think I sleep a little better but then again I never had trouble with sleeping much.... I just feel more rested and I havent woken up since I started... which is great and both are around 10 bucks.

  3. Been taking Melatonin, felt the same way. I just added Trypto and htp. Sleep is starting to get better.

  5. My cortisol was pretty high on my last lab work. I noticed I get insomnia from elevated cortisol levels. What's the best supplement for lowering cortisol. I was thinking of trying 800mgs of phosphatidylserine with my post workout meal
