    Brand new


    Just registered and am a complete novice. I'm 46, 5"10", 152lbs. Workout 3x per week. Am getting nowhere. Very much want a more defined upper body and of course more ab definition. I am quite thin look ok. I am looking for suggestions of a supplement regimin tailored to someone who is very busy and not always at the gym. Want results. Thanks.

    You need to eat properly and alot. That is the best supplement and will give u the greatest results. Since you won't listen to this go get the pink magic pill from gnc it is geared towards people looking for a secret.

    Hey-thanks for the reply. As you can tell, I have a lot of education ahead of me right down to what you are referring as a "pm" one. What do you mean?

    Start reading in the nutrition and exercise sections for starters. Once the diet and workout routine are stable and the weight starts moving up,then the supplements can be incorporated. Get to reading bubba!
