primordial performance stack
wondering if anyone can help out here.
looking to put together a nice stack for the winter to gain some decent size and be able to maintain whatever i gain.
i was looking into the pp products and wasnt quite sure what the best options would be so figured i would ask the experts.
ultimate goal would be 10-12lbs of upper body mass and increase arm size.
training and diet are in check, currently "swimmers build" type.

A few notes:
* At 150lb I definitely would NOT recommend hormonals.
* 10-12lb of UPPER body mass is going to come with a lot of lower body mass as well, since you NEED to do the large compound lifts to best achieve muscle accretion.
* As flightposite mentioned 10-12lb of lean mass in general is going to take time, so the time period you want it in must be realistic.
* You don't mention your age, but if anything less than 25 years old (and with a SOLID training base), then I do NOT recommend hormonals.

2 bottles Dermacrine with a pct of Phyto-test & tcf-1. Should last 2 1/2-3 months.
Obviously though training and eatting are the biggest parts, when you're 6 foot and only 150 pounds. Supplements aren't going to do **** if you can't eat.

Squat, bench and deads.. Lots.. Less isolation exercises, more compounds.
Oh, and no cardio!
If you must, do some HIIT, and not that often either!

when i was in highschool some of the football players would bring jars of peanut butter to class and eat it throughout the day, it apparently worked cuz we had some huge meatheads on our team

If you want size I suggest you start making yourself some homemade weight gainer shakes and have them twice daily. I generally have them for breakfast and post-workout, but that is just my way of doing it.
If you have a blender good, but if not...get one and then you can make a shake like so:
2 TBSP of Natty PB (My personal preference is Naturally More PB)
1 Cup of Oats
16oz skim milk
Liquid Egg Whites
1 Scoop of Whey Protein (I suggest Chocolate, Strawberry, or Banana Flavors as they taste the best when with this mix)
In addition to your shakes...you should be eating plenty of fruits...blueberries in particular, vegetables...broccoli in particular, lean meats such as turkey, chicken, buffalo meat or 96/4 ground beef, fish, etc.
Get eating and get training hard. Your goals are attainable, but you need to have patience to get what you want...no shortcuts. Work hard and stay dedicated.

again as rosie stated, at 6'1 150 id say youre prety new to lifting and the general stuff here
so a good stack phyto-testosterone, IBCAAA Creatine, beta alanine, a chiptole gift card.... and a costco membership.
how to use
phyto-test as label states, great dose of testofen, and good protein utilization from the methoxyisoflavone,
IBCAA-10g 60min before each meal to increase mTOR, and protein synthesis
creatine for strength gains
beta alanine to pair with creatine for increased stamina and strength
