Down about 16 pounds in about a months time. Restricted calorie diet, lifting 3 times a week and doing cardio 4-5 times a week.
I thoroughly recommend this stack. The fat has melted off. I am getting married in a week and a half, and I wanted to cut up some before the cruise. I am thinking I have probably about plateau'd out with this stack, as I dont get the same effects anymore, but its a great stack and one I will most likely use again.
