I went to the doctors office and had my test checked. Free and total. He said everything was normal and sent me on my way. The only problem here is ever since I can remember I've had erection problems, slight lethargy as well. I was kinda hoping that it would be low test so I can have a slightly easier solution. I dont want to take viagra or ciais so please dont reccomend that. I lift 4-5 times a week so I have no problem taking a supplement that would help with that as well. I was heavily looking into powerfull/stoked-maybe stack the two. I also heard maca, fenurgeek? work well but I dont know what those are really. Only problem is that I am a college student so I dont want to spend TOO much , seeing as I'm gonna have to supp something for the rest of my life if i want to have constant good sex, instead of hoping this **** wont happen. I understand it may be a psychological issue as well-so thanks in advance.

I looked up info on here already and I notice most of the solutions are for guys who crashed after a cycle or something. Thats not my case so thats why I was asking you guys fresh. I am 22 by the way and alread have fish oil, zinc, and l arginine. Help me out guys-its killing my confidence .

Are you taking any prescription medications?

Your doctor should have also checked your DHT, estrogen, and prolactin

Having problems with stress? I mean your problems could be related to stress or the problem could literally all be in your head. What I mean by that...maybe your focusing too hard on the so called problem. Sometimes libido issues and getting it up have more to do with the mental aspect than the physical aspect so perhaps you do not need to take anything.

If you think your all good to go and nothing is currently mentally bugging you other than this problem perhaps there is an underlying issue that hasn't been detected yet. Just offering up some possibilities for you bud.

If you really want to solve the getting it up issue...bulk Icariin is the way to go...look for as high of a % extract you can get. If you can find 98% you've struck gold. With a 98% extract 250mg is all you need, but 500mg and your woman will be tired out before your tool will be. :D

Cheers!

Good question.

Acetylcholine facilitates erections and stress can deplete this neurochemical. There are some great natural acetylcholinesterase inhibitors like huperzine A, but you may find it a good idea to try and increase your choline intake. I take about 30g lecithin a day. NP has a cheap source here: http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/now-foods/lecithin-granules-1-lb.html
a little off topic but how does Acetylcholine play in the role of memorizing/learning?

sorry for the thread hijack.

NO im not taking any medications at all- I hate taking medications to be honest lol. And yeah it probably has developed into a stress issue which is undertandable-

So icariin and choline? What about powerfull, DTHC, Stoked, fenurgeek and all that? Is it okay to dose most of these at the same time i dont want to affect there absorption by taking the zinc, fish oil, etc etc all at the same time you know.

Call up your doc and get him to send over the bloodwork to you.

Normal test levels for a 22 guy are gonna be between 600-800ng/dl

The "normal" reference range that the bloodwork paperwork states is usually b/w 200-900 but this is ridiculous b/c it doesn't take into consideration age.

Lethargy and impotence could be a sign of minor depression as well.

But since you have the bloodwork handy, it's best to go down the list, type in the test name/numbers in google and see that everything checks out OK.

Just keep in mind, it doesn't take a genius to pass Med School - there are plenty of docs who got by on a C or D grade point average. lol

Alternatively, if you think it is a psychological issue, just about every US university offers free counseling to students - just make an appointment with those guys if you think it will help. who knows?

I am no neuroscientist, but in Layman's terms, everytime a neuron fires and a behaviour happens, it is reinforced by sending a message back the same route (like i said, Layman's). This makes this particular behaviour easier to reproduce the next time whether it be neuromuscular control (i.e. your form improves) or memory strengthening. Acetylcholine is the neurotransmitter that reinforces these connections.

Heard great things in the libido dept. with Sustain Alpha and AndroHard, although the latter is a mild PH.
