
I've been drinking purple wrath during workout for a while now. I was under the impression that it decreases muscle breakdown during exercise. Is this basically what they are referring to when they say "predigested" protein, just an amino acid supplement, or do they mean a fast acting protein like ON platinum hydro whey?
