i want to get on a 4 week all out program
heres the supplements i plan on co opin with my diet and workout scheme
PRIME
PINK MAGIC
EAS ( myoplex )
GNC SPORT multi vitamin packs
( i mostly want feedback on the supps and the whole reason im adding the scheme is because i dont fully understand what prime & pink magic will do for me because i havent took them yet and people who have may be able to help me talor it to my work out better )
starting July
im going to start 4 week program
5 days a week on
one day chest and arms and abs
the next back legs shoulders and abs
and so on back and forth for two weeks
all high rep working to high weight.
all work outs ( except for curls and cable push downs ) ill start with a hundred pounds flat ( no bar add ) and do high rep
add 20 pounds and lower the rep by a small amount
and keep adding all the way to 240 pounds untill my reps completely disapear or i cant push the weight,

im not going to go above 240 pounds ( not even on my sqaut rack )

is this a good stack for the weeks to come?
or should i add a stronger a recovery product because i plan on not leaving the weights untill i feel like throwing up or actually do
so i need some help please because if i can have better supplements to help me reach top form for my work out program
i really need to know before july
and i appreciate all the feedback on this thread good or bad

Your workout plan doesn't make any sense. Before you posted you didn't worry about grammar and english skills nd what not, but do yourself a favor and start. When people can't understand what you are saying you lose credibility and you don't get the help you need.

So slow down and repost like a normal person would write.

Just trying to help.

100 lbs x 20 reps
set three and four
120 lbs x 18 reps
set five and six
140 lbs x 14 reps
set seven and eight
180 lbs x 9 reps
set nine and ten
210 lbs x 5 reps
set eleven and twelve
240 lbs x 4 reps

everything else will be a copy of this work out down to the rep
except for bicep and tricep work outs and lower legs
and im catching alot of hell for my grammar but i really dont have the time to compose an article everytime i post a thread, my day to day is quite full as of late
im not getting paid for writing or begging you to read what i write
im just asking for a little help and a little annalysis

my grammar may not be accurate
but my work outs are legit my friend
and this is only a summer work out plan
winters a whole different thing for me

Is that your whole workout, thats all? I was confused. Thats your chest AND arm workout or just your chest. Im not knocking, ive read an article on doing 4 moves- Bench, bentover barbell rows, deads, squats for like 2 months 4 times a week like a 2 day split like bench and deads, then the next squat and rows, one day off then repeat, then 2 days off then repeat. etc.etc,

no no no thats not my whole work out.
thats my bench & sqaut
and im doing muscle specific days
day one
chest- arms- abs
day two
legs- shoulders- back -abs
day three
c - a - a
day four
l - s - b - a
day five
cardio - bench - sqaut

chest & arms day
- chest -
bench ( straight & declined close grip )
butterflys
- arms -
dumbell curls
cable push downs
tricep extensions ( nosebreakers )
preacher curls
- legs -
sqaut
front leg extension
back leg extension
- shoulders -
seated shoulder press
weighted bar shrugs
- back -
hyper extensions with 25 lb plate
one end bar lifts
- abs -
300 crunches
in 3 sets of 100 reps
- one minute tops to rest -

this has been a work out plan ive been slowly perfecting
( im not a member of a gym and i work with what i have, wich is a sqaut rack with a two sided cable attachment, a olympic bench, a small bench, and about 325 pounds of weight to use )
i want to get into a gym so i can have an advantage along with the biggers guys but right now i cant afford it some im using what i got but i use it good

seem like a bit of overtraining if you ask me!!

12 sets on bench isnt right. mix it up a little id say stick with 3-4 sets per exercise with reps 8-12 for size and 4-6 for strength depending on your goals.

You dont have to train yourself to death as long as you have a good workout plan and are maxing your wiegth for each set. remeber you grow while you are resting not while you are lifting and overtraining a muscle will tear it down to much.

id say something like this and this is just a base workout
monday- chest/back 3-4 exercises each muscle.
tues-cardio
wen-bi/tri 3-4 exercises each msucle
thur-rest
fri- abs/ shoulders
sat-legs
sun-rest

learn to add 45 pounds so you don't have to not include the bar.

You already have a 6+ page thread telling you to take creatine, BCAAs, fish oil, and a preworkout supplement.

im certainly capable of it
and its only 4 week starting in july i want to overtrain
bc when winter rolls around im just going to pack on the weight again
i should have started the workouts earlier with the stack im getting for july
but its cool
and yeah dude i didnt say i was on this now
im still on nitro tech/anabolic halo/ no xplode
and yeah i know its no good but i cant afford to waste it

no no no its more complex then that also
the training is going to change through out the week
and i will go back to a normal more healthy approach during winter
ive just come to the fact that i can gain mass easily but im worried about this winter
if i gain too much mass how long will it take me to cut to my goals?
i want to be in tip top shape and then some before i start
bulking again

why are you doing abs non-stop? you dont workout chest or arms every single day do you?
why are you doing high reps? i thought you wanted to get bigger?if you want to get bigger experiment with 8-12 reps personally i like 10-12 is what works best for me

im doing abs non stop bc i dont take them very seriously i dont do all kinds of crazy work outs to work them just crunches so its a good warm up.
and do wanna get bigger but by bigger i mean 12 pounds exactly.
i dont wanna bulk up to 240 or 250 atleast not right now

You will be hard pressed to put 12lbs on with that much volume. Have you actually done that chest workout or is it just theory on paper at this point?

ive done it 3 times since the theory its a really good work out but im not sure what its doing for me yet it definately pumps the chest really good but it makes my arms almost give out before i can get my tris and bis workin

Well there you go. How many have suggested its too much volume? You are just wasting energy doing sets over 12 other than warming up. You really shouldn't need more than 2-3 warmup sets. You aren't leaving yourself enough energy to do you arms adequately.

For example my chest workout today was incline BB press
Warmup- 1x20-empty bar, 1x10-95lbs, 1x6-135, 1x4-185
Working sets - 1x3-235lbs, 1x3-215, 1x12-195, 1x6-185
3x10- incline DB flyes.

Oh your reps total 140 just for bench. Not counting any other exercises.

Maybe since very intelligent people on here are telling you to get on the fish oil and bcaa's, you should do it. Just get on a basic stuff such as some mono, bcaa's, fish oil, and protein. Save yourself some money buy not buying prime and pink magic and things such as that until you get your workout down good.

And if there is one thing everyone knows about training, is that ITS NOT GOOD TO OVERTRAIN!!

its not really overtraining man, i like to feel like i actually did something when i work out just saying. and the first 4 to 5 sets is a warm up for the bench.
and its not that im not taking fish oils and bcaa's because i dont want to its because im on a stack right now that doesnt include them well my protein has branched chain aminos in it but im not strict bcaa.
and i havent started prime and pink magic because i only have prime and i dont have pink magic.
and im not going to change up my training i was asking for advice on if the stack fits with my type of training.
and i only train like that twice a week the other days are normal 5 sets of 5 for me
