i want to get on a 4 week all out program
heres the supplements i plan on co opin with my diet and workout scheme
PRIME
PINK MAGIC
EAS ( myoplex )
GNC SPORT multi vitamin packs
( i mostly want feedback on the supps and the whole reason im adding the scheme is because i dont fully understand what prime & pink magic will do for me because i havent took them yet and people who have may be able to help me talor it to my work out better )
starting July
im going to start 4 week program
5 days a week on
one day chest and arms and abs
the next back legs shoulders and abs
and so on back and forth for two weeks
all high rep working to high weight.
all work outs ( except for curls and cable push downs ) ill start with a hundred pounds flat ( no bar add ) and do high rep
add 20 pounds and lower the rep by a small amount
and keep adding all the way to 240 pounds untill my reps completely disapear or i cant push the weight,
im not going to go above 240 pounds ( not even on my sqaut rack )
is this a good stack for the weeks to come?
or should i add a stronger a recovery product because i plan on not leaving the weights untill i feel like throwing up or actually do
so i need some help please because if i can have better supplements to help me reach top form for my work out program
i really need to know before july
