ALA and INSULIN vs GH

So like I should, I take post workout carbs, but I hate screwing myslef out of that post workout GH. I was thinking a mixing some ALA to my post workout shake to lower insulin, boosting GH. Would this be a good idea, or does any small amount of insulin completely blunt GH production?

2. Don’t Eat Carbohydrates 60-90 Minutes Before Going to Bed

Personally i use BCAA+Glutamine after Postworkout after 30-45Min later i eat complex carbs and protein with GDA`s

I dont know if Im that deterined to have ALL of my GH, but I at least whant some of it, which is why I whant to keep my sugar low.

Great read! I will still ask: has anyone put ALA in their PW shake, and noticed a benifit?
