I jsut picked up sum leukic and creakic hardcore, got 2questions. First of all, is it necessary to take the leukic on off days, and second the serving suggestion for creakic is 3 caplets twice daily, each serving seems to have around 5g of creatine, which would be at least 10g a day. I am only 130 lbs so i was thinkingof only taking 2 caplets at a time, do yot hink this sounds good or would it be okay for me to take the full dosage?
