Hi Sluggy, as far as suggestions - only because you asked, I will give you my honest and sincere feelings on the matter. Twenty three years old is not too young to contemplate calculated and safe AAS implementation by any measure; many pros have received their IFBB cards at and prior to that age. If you foresee yourself graduating from the 'herbs and spices' realm into anything anabolic by nature or the claims of the manufacturer, pro-hormones or otherwise, it only makes sense to engage in and rely upon the authentic and substantiated long standing validated substances that can impart meaningful gains and strides toward your ambitions in the form of AAS.
For some reason, unknown to me (aside from the incessant obnoxiously uneducated slanderous campaign waged by the media) why there exists this darkened cloud of fear and judgment that ultimately leads to the refusal to take advantage of the pharmaceutically sound and proven compounds with over a half century of efficacy evidence; opposed to these redundant DHEA-based 'pro hormones' that continue to bubble to the surface in countless iterations beckoning unaware users to empty their wallets all in an attempt to suffuse their physique with another ounce of lean mass.
I won't continue to belabor my stance on this subject... but as a quick summation of my feelings and direct advice for you to consider moving forward, either make a strong and fervent unshakable commitment to yourself to remain a natural athlete who endeavors to train for the love of being a fit and capable athlete, or, put repeatedly validated science and anabolic firepower into your regimen by means of anabolic additives, and save yourself the circular hopeless experimentation with all these other gray market and so-called 'hard core' third generation pro hormones, which don't amount to much more than advertisement perpetuated reincarnations of old-school low dosed shoddy proprietary pathetic-ness with shiny packaging and semi-attractive pale females falling over themselves to feel the rippled abs of the model in the ad who is obviously deeply involved in the self study of pharmacology, HA!
