Hey it's me again. This thread is a bit personal but I feel that it needs to be adressed. Now guys, what is your opinion about the products that other companies like muscletech and gaspari are currently promoting. Now I am not critizing other supplement companies but since I saw other threads about superpump and Cell-Tech, I figure why not help out my fellow forum members who used use these products before and got zero results after taking it. Feel free to unleash your frustrations about the product you used before and get it over with.

The best thing you can do is look at products ingredients and do google searches on them . I also recommend looking throught the review/log section here and you will get a good idea of quality products.
