Weightlifting then cardio, the reason being that all you carb energy system is used to do weights and the cardio is using fat for energy, but don't over do it moderate intensity cardio after weights works for me(10min interval, 10min mod) but you need to be consistant. I hope this helps
I would cut the weights back to no more than an hour then cardio. Shorten rest periods to cut down weight time and get heart rate up which will also make cardio time more productive.
