help with creatine gluconate or kre-alkalyn?
im lookin to add in a good creatine supplement into my arsenal of supplements i will be taking as i start coming off my pH with the pct so i can help keep my gains....
i havent taken and form of creatine since my senior yr in HS when cell-mass was the hot product with NO xplode so i had alittle research to do..Im getting mixed reviews with creatine gluconate and kre-alkalyn..which is better for strength and size? i researched and both reallly dont blout much, dont require loading phases and dont upset the stomach. Gluconate is hard to find by itself, some i found either made by nutraplanet itself or by nutrabio, or ofcourse sizeON with its proprietory blend...and i have found many products of kre-alkalyn...can i mix these? is gluconate the same as taking kre alkalyn with grape juice since all it is is creatine combined with a glucose molecule? any more info/support/opinions in this manner of which to take will be great!

Nothing wrong with creatine monohydrate.
The best dosing protocol for taking monohydrate is with fruit juice, and then more fruit juice 20, and 30 minutes later. I usually take 6 oz 4oz and 4oz. Although i've been a bit slacker on this lately and been just downing 5grams with 10oz of juice.
You can however take both Gluconate and Kre-alk together, but I don't see the point. Personally I would prefer something backed by 500 studies instead of...none.
Go with Creapure, it's cheap and Primordial Performances even comes with its own scooper

agreed, i'm not a firm believer in kre alk. Ive had a lot better experiences with mono. Never tried gluc so I cannot comment on that

Kre Akyln sucks bro its monohydrate mixed with baking soda, look it up....Creatine mono is ur best bet, BUT the best mono is Micronized, its still mono but provides more surface area, is almost 99.9% pure, and doesnt cause any stomach discomfort.......
NEVER take MONO with any fruit Juice....The acidity of the juice will render it useless.....MANY people make this mistake, take creatine with a simple sugar, non acidic drink....like Kool Aid or even POWDER Gatorade mix, ( the premade doesnt have the same simple sugar content....)
micronized costs a little more but is definately better...bulk is always better , I still think loading phases every 6 to 8 weeks provides the best results, but studies are mixed on this aspect

I have used both, and tbh mono always seems to be the most effective. Thats why we are switching back to a monohydrate for Maximize V2. Until I see some non-company funded studies done on the new creatines I will take monohydrate.

I havent had success with many other creatines besides mono.....I though i did when I tried Cellmass when they first marketed it as CEE.....but as we all found out it was actually almost entirely MONO.....
I agree the best is anything that is CreaPure ....hands down the best

Creatine mono for me. If I wanted krealkalyn, I'd just add my own soda ash and save me the expensive.
