SUPPLEMENT/DIET HELP

Hey guys I've got some questions about diet and supplements. I went through a slight bulk up stage a couple months ago and have since been cutting. I'm new to this so the bulk up wasn't what I was aiming for but it'll do for now. I'm trying the CKD diet and I was wondering if it is healthy and if it really works because it seems like I'm eating a lot of saturated fats and trans fats and I know they're not that healthy. I would love to bulk and cut at the same time but i know it's not really possible. My second questions was about cutting supplements. I'm on OEP/Recreate and I've seen results for a couple weeks but about a week before I started the CKD it completely stopped. What is a good cutting stack.

BTW I'm doing the P90x program too
