    Solid Estrogen Blocker?

I'm looking to get ideas for cutting after I run the swole stack.

Any suggestions on a solid estro blocker?

Even easier...100-150 mg of zinc gluconate.

    Cheap.

Would you mind elaborating on this? I've never really heard of zinc gluconate used in terms of estrogen control or for fat loss

From a quick Google search i found an artilce titled: All About Estrogen! By: Planet Muscle.. found at link below

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/planet32.htm

"The mineral zinc inhibits the aromatase enzyme that converts testosterone into excess estrogen. Some men, who are not meat eaters and have reduced sexual drive, may actually restore normal levels of testosterone with zinc gluconate, taken at 50 mg. BID."

I remember Dr. Crisler talking about it and decided to try it myself. Definitely has a drying effect though I have not done bloodwork. I had a stubborn gyno nodule that zinc and resveratrol have made disappear.

And its in the "cheap and you need it" category so I figured it couldn't hurt.

sustain alpha looks promising.. photosensitivity could be a problem if it's severe though..

background info: Not looking for this as a part of PCT, just a way to make sure my levels are good and keep test high. Want to lean out, get hard and vascular. I figure sucking some of the extra estrogen out of my body is a good start...

    any other recommendations?
